Lithoxtista are 2-floor stone houses in the mountain village Parnon, in Kosmas Arcadia (1150 m altitude). They are made with love from local ingredients following the tradition of their land. Lithoxista are offered for those who want to sharpen their senses and change scenes from everyday life …»Each villa provides a Cable TV, a fireplace with free firewood, balcony and terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stove, Greek machine on cinder. In the kitchen you will find Greek coffee to cook on the coals, coffee, instant coffee, milk, sugar, toasts, butter, jams, honey and a bag of tea from the mountains of Kosmas.
The beds and linen are ecological from Cocomat.
Each villa has 2 bathrooms equipped with hairdryer, bath kit, pharmacy and slippers.
You can relax and enjoy the mountain views and the Saronic Gulf.
Outdoors there is a garden, playground, wooden stove, BBQ, gazebo and wooden benches. There is free parking. All this and a disk with raki (greek traditional beverage) and chestnuts are saying to you: Welcome!

… είναι παραδοσιακοί ξενώνες που αποτελούνται από έξι πετρόχτιστα δίπατα σπίτια στο ορεινό χωριό Κοσμάς στον Πάρνωνα, στην Ορεινή Αρκαδία (1150 m υψόμετρο). Φτιάχτηκαν με αγάπη από ντόπια υλικά ακολουθώντας την παράδοση του τόπου τους. Το ταξίδι στο χωριό σου δίνει αρκετές επιλογές για το πώς θα περάσεις τον χρόνο σου. Tα Λιθόχτιστα προσφέρονται για εσάς που θέλετε να οξύνετε τις αισθήσεις σας και να αλλάξετε παραστάσεις από την καθημερινότητα…

“ Κάθε δίπατη βίλα παρέχει συνδρομητική TV, τζάκι με δωρεάν ξύλα, μπαλκόνι και βεράντα. Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα, φούρνο με εστίες, καφεμηχανή, μηχανή για ελληνικό στη χόβολη.

Στην κουζίνα θα βρείτε καφέ ελληνικό για να ψήσετε στη χόβολη, καφέ φίλτρου, νες καφέ, γαλατάκια, ζάχαρη, φρυγανιές, βουτυράκια, μαρμελάδες, μέλι, πραλίνα και ένα σακουλάκι τσάι από τα βουνά του Κοσμά.
Τα κρεββάτια και τα λευκά είδη είναι οικολογικά της Cocomat.
Κάθε βίλα έχει 2 μπάνια, εξοπλισμένα με σεσουάρ, σετ μπάνιου, φαρμακείο και παντόφλες.
Μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε και να απολάυσετε τη θέα σε βουνό και στον Αργοσαρωνικό.
Στους εξωτερικούς χώρους υπάρχει κήπος, παιδική χαρά, ξυλόφουρνος, BBQ, και κιόσκι με ξύλινους πάγκους. Προσφέρεται δωρεάν πάρκινγκ.
